Do you know which are the best condiments for a rabbit recipe?

Spices: cardamomo, curry, paprika, cuatro especias.
Sweet: Maple syrup, honey and brown sugar.
Herbs: basil, tarragon, rosemary, savory, sage, thyme.
Fruits: blueberries, nuts, chestnuts, prunes, apricots, grapes.
Liquids: cider, white wine and red wine.

Remember that the rabbit should always be cooked skinless. The thigh can be cooked roasted, stir fried, stewed or hotpot. The loin, for its meatiness, it is always better filleting.
